1. Agreement to terms

By accessing edudrive.pro or contacting EduDrive Inc. ("EduDrive", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Separate written contracts govern paid client engagements and prevail over these terms where they conflict.

2. About EduDrive — brand clarification

EduDrive Inc. is an edtech studio and education-AI consultancy based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We design and deliver AI-driven adaptive learning, intelligent tutoring, content and question generation, formative assessment support, automated feedback, accessibility features and LMS integration for education organizations.

"Edu" means education — artificial intelligence built for teaching and learning. EduDrive is not a diploma mill, degree-granting institution or credential seller.

"Drive" means momentum and motivation in learning. It does not refer to file-storage drives, automotive products or fundraising campaigns.

The .pro domain extension is branding only. EduDrive is not an essay-writing service, homework-completion service, exam-proxy service or "make money with AI" course provider.

3. Nature of services

We provide professional consulting, learning design, software engineering and related delivery for client organizations including schools, colleges, universities and training providers. Services are bespoke — not a standalone SaaS product you purchase off a shelf. All AI-assisted tools we build are designed for human-in-the-loop review by educators. They support teaching; they do not replace licensed professional judgement about individual learners.

AI systems can produce tutoring responses, feedback, draft grades and analytics that are inaccurate, incomplete or biased. Clients and educators remain responsible for reviewing output before it affects learners. We document model QA, guardrails and academic-integrity safeguards, but we cannot eliminate model error entirely.

4. No guaranteed outcomes

EduDrive does not guarantee grades, test scores, course completion, admission to programmes, scholarships, employment, revenue, return on investment or any other specific learning or business outcome. Case studies and metrics published on this website describe past illustrative work under particular project scope and teaching contexts. They are not promises of future performance.

Results depend on factors outside our control, including teaching quality, learner engagement, data quality, institutional adoption and how tools are configured and used after delivery.

5. Academic integrity

Our tools must not be used to commit academic dishonesty. Prohibited uses include: submitting AI-generated text as a student's own essay; using tutoring systems to obtain assessed answers without genuine effort; proxying exams; or any conduct that violates an institution's academic integrity policy.

We build learning guardrails to reduce misuse, but clients are responsible for institutional policy enforcement. We will decline or terminate engagements intended primarily to enable cheating.

6. Website content and intellectual property

Text, graphics, logos, photographs and code on edudrive.pro are owned by EduDrive Inc. or used under licence. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, scrape, frame or redistribute content without written permission.

Client project deliverables are governed by project contracts. Unless otherwise agreed, client curriculum content remains client property; EduDrive retains rights to pre-existing frameworks and general know-how.

7. Permitted and prohibited use of the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes aligned with evaluating or engaging our services. You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to servers, forms or data;
• Introduce malware or automated scraping that degrades performance;
• Submit false, defamatory or spam content through contact forms;
• Misrepresent affiliation with EduDrive;
• Use the site to solicit essay-writing, cheating or credential fraud.

8. Contact form and communications

Information submitted through our contact form is handled per our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate contact details. PIPEDA consent is required for submission. We may retain correspondence to respond to enquiries and maintain business records.

9. Third-party links

Our website may link to external resources (for example, privacy regulators or LMS vendors). We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Links do not imply endorsement.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Information on this site is general in nature and does not constitute legal, financial, immigration or pedagogical advice. Engagements are defined in written statements of work.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, EduDrive Inc. and its directors, employees and contractors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the website or reliance on its content.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the website (excluding liabilities that cannot be limited by law) shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (C$100). Client project liability is governed by applicable contracts.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify EduDrive against claims arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these terms or infringement of third-party rights, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

13. Student data and privacy

Student-data privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy. Clients processing personal information through delivered tools remain responsible for lawful collection authority and institutional policies, including PIPEDA and Ontario FIPPA where applicable.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for disputes arising from website use, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.

15. Edtech-AI and results disclaimer

EduDrive provides professional edtech consulting, learning design, data analytics and software engineering for education organizations, including adaptive learning, intelligent tutoring, content and question generation, assessment and feedback support, learning analytics, accessibility and related AI delivery. We are not a school, college, university or credential-granting body, and we do not issue diplomas, degrees or qualifications.

We do not provide, and our tools must not be used for, essay-writing, homework completion, exam proxying or any form of academic dishonesty; our work is designed to support learning and academic integrity with educators in the loop. AI systems produce tutoring, feedback, grades and analytics that can be inaccurate, biased or wrong, and they require human review and professional judgement; they inform, but never replace, educator decisions about learners.

We do not guarantee grades, test scores, completion, admission, scholarships, employment or any specific learning or business outcome. Student and personal data are handled in line with applicable privacy law including PIPEDA and relevant provincial legislation. Results depend on many factors outside our control. Nothing here is financial, legal or immigration advice.

16. Changes

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. The "Last updated" date indicates the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For active retainer clients, we may also provide direct notice by email when changes materially affect how you interact with deliverables hosted on our infrastructure.

17. Language

These Terms are drafted in English (Canadian). If translated for convenience, the English version governs in the event of inconsistency, to the extent permitted by applicable law in Ontario.
