ABOUT EDUDRIVE

A College Street studio that ships classroom-ready tools

EduDrive is an edtech studio and education-AI consultancy based at 489 College Street in Toronto — the university corridor where teaching hospitals, colleges and research labs sit side by side. We build adaptive learning, intelligent tutoring and formative assessment systems for client organizations across Canada and North America.

WHO WE ARE

Learning engineers who have marked papers at midnight

We are not a credential-granting institution, not an essay mill and not a course promising income from AI. EduDrive is a professional services firm: senior learning engineers, instructional designers and software builders who have sat in faculty meetings, debugged LMS integrations and watched a tutoring bot teach the wrong method with total confidence.

Our team runs discovery with schools, colleges, universities and training providers — mapping where AI in education genuinely helps teaching and where it creates risk. Project scope always includes educator review loops, model QA, academic integrity safeguards and student-data privacy under PIPEDA and Ontario FIPPA.

"Edu" means education: tools built for teaching and learning. "Drive" means momentum in learning — not a file-storage drive, not automotive, not a fundraising campaign. We deliver prototypes and production systems, not diplomas.

HOW WE WORK

Discovery, prototype, production delivery

Engagements begin with structured discovery: interviews with faculty, audits of formative assessment workflows and honest assessment of data quality. We produce a roadmap with measurable outcomes your leadership can track — then move into prototype builds that faculty can poke holes in before learners ever see them.

Production delivery includes LMS integration, accessibility feature sets, learning guardrails and documentation your IT and teaching-and-learning teams can maintain. Retainer clients get ongoing model QA as curricula evolve. Enterprise and SME projects follow the same principle: educators stay in charge.

We serve K-12 districts, higher education programmes and national training providers throughout the Canadian market. North American clients outside Canada are considered case by case, with data governance reviewed upfront.

RESPONSIBLE AI

Values we will not compromise on

Academic integrity

Our tools support learning — they do not complete homework, write essays or proxy exams. Content generation and grading assistance always require educator sign-off.

Educator oversight

Intelligent tutoring, automated feedback and personalised learning paths inform teaching; they never replace professional judgement about individual learners.

Student-data privacy

PIPEDA compliance, Ontario FIPPA awareness and data minimisation are built into every project scope — not bolted on after launch.

Accessibility

Inclusive learning is a delivery requirement. Screen-reader testing and adjustable pacing are standard, not premium add-ons.

Honest limits

AI output can be biased or wrong. We document uncertainty, run bias review and train faculty to catch model mistakes before they reach students.

No outcome guarantees

We do not promise grades, admission, scholarships or jobs. Learning depends on teaching context, learner effort and factors outside our control.
