EDUDRIVE · TORONTO AI FOR TEACHING & LEARNING

ADAPTIVE · TUTORING · FEEDBACK

Learning that adapts to the class in front of you — AI built for teachers, checked by teachers, never grading in the dark.

EduDrive is a Canadian edtech studio on College Street, Toronto. We design and deliver AI-driven adaptive learning, intelligent tutoring and formative assessment tools for schools, colleges and universities across Canada and North America — always with an educator in the loop and academic integrity respected. We are not a diploma mill, not an essay-writing or cheating service, and not an "AI income" course.

COLLEGE STREET EDTECH STUDIO

We build classroom-ready tools — not hype, not shortcuts

Picture a first-year cohort of nine hundred where the same three misconceptions show up every single term. Or a marking pile that quietly ate a teacher's whole weekend. Or a tutoring bot that taught a wrong method with total confidence. Those are the problems we take on: adaptive learning builds, intelligent tutoring flows, content and question generation, and automated feedback loops that actually survive contact with a real classroom.

EduDrive is an education-AI consultancy and edtech studio serving client organizations across K-12, higher education and training providers in the Canadian market. Senior learning engineers and educators on our team run discovery, prototype adaptive systems, and deliver production-ready tools with LMS integration layers, learning guardrails and educator review loops baked in from day one.

ASSESS-AND-ADAPT METHOD

Four stages from first draft to reviewed lesson

01

Assess

We map learner misconceptions, curriculum gaps and formative assessment needs with your instructional-design team before any model is tuned.

02

Adapt

Adaptive learning paths and retrieval-augmented tutoring respond to what each cohort actually struggles with — not generic drill sheets.

03

Teach

Intelligent tutoring flows deliver hints, worked examples and scaffolded practice while keeping the teacher visible in the loop.

04

Feedback

Automated feedback and grading assistance pass through educator review — model QA, guardrails and academic integrity safeguards included.

HUMAN-IN-THE-LOOP

Every tool reviewed before it reaches learners

AI in education works when educators stay in charge. Our assess-and-adapt method puts senior learning engineers alongside your faculty through discovery, prototype and production delivery. We build misconception detection, accessibility feature sets and academic integrity safeguards into every project scope — because a retrieval-augmented tutor that drifts off-curriculum helps nobody.

Student-data privacy under PIPEDA and Ontario FIPPA is non-negotiable. We document data governance, run model QA and bias review, and never ship a grading assistance pass without a human educator sign-off.

SELECTED WORK

Two projects, anonymised

Ontario community college — calculus tutoring pilot

A cohort of four hundred first-years hit the same chain-rule error every September. We built an intelligent tutoring flow with misconception detection; faculty reviewed every hint template before release. Illustrative result: 23% fewer repeat errors on the next formative assessment — past performance, not a promise.

National training provider — accessibility pass

Screen-reader users were locked out of a legacy LMS quiz module. We delivered an accessibility feature set and LMS integration layer with human-in-the-loop review. Past client work; your mileage will vary.
